Oh my goodness, this has been a crazy week. After several counteroffers, we are officially under contract with the house! We met with our mortgage broker this morning to
sign our lives away fill out paperwork and get this expensive ball rolling. Between house stuff, this little holiday known as Halloween, the U of A’s homecoming game (which means a houseful of guests all weekend), the week has flown by. This afternoon is Trick or Treat on the Square. We’re closing off the streets on the Downtown Square and all of the square merchants are going to dress up and hand out candy. There’s also a pet-owner look a like contest, a fire truck for kids to explore and tons of other fun stuff. We’re also helping with Spooktacular at the Town Center this evening with bouncy houses, mini golf, a Haunted House, face painting, and costume contests” for kids.
Monday we made an offer on a house.
Tuesday I was up at 4 to promote Trick of Treat on the Square on the local morning news show and we got a counter-offer from the sellers.
