Happy 2012 to you and yours!
I hope your New Year’s Eve was wild and wonderful. We bar-hopped with friends until 3:30 in the a.m. Highlights of the night included Josh’s midnight dance-off, Jacob karaoking (is that a word?) ‘Take Me Home Country Roads’ and a late night All-Star Special at the Waffle House on Dickson Street.
By the numbers, 2011 was a big year.
147 blog posts
1 nephew born
5 significant (for us) snow falls
2 trips to Michigan
1 life-changing trip to Ikea
2 baby/wedding showers
1 dog adopted
2 visits to Silver Dollar City
4 weddings attended
15 books read
countless bottles of wine consumed
The nice thing about starting a 101 in 1001 list last year is that I don’t have any specific resolutions to make or feel like I’ve broken from the year before.
I started 5 tasks and completed 17 more. In 2012 I’m going to be even more intentional in crossing them off.
Anyone have any crazy New Year’s Eve stories they want to share?

I live with my husband Jacob and dog Lois in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I love painting, cooking, social media, lipstick and the Razorbacks.
